We were not in the market to buy a property, but happened upon a newspaper ad for a condo for sale close to where my father-in-law lives. We called up Cathy, expecting to set up an appointment to view the property in the next day or so. Much to our surprise, she said she could be over in five minutes to show the place!!!!
