About Jody Richards

Jody is a thirty-year resident of Horseshoe Bay and raised her three children, Mike, Jim, and Lacey, in the Texas Hill Country. Her husband, Allan Richards, is a cattleman which gives Jody great insight for evaluating farms and ranches. Jody also focuses on the residential side of the business utilizing her San Antonio and Houston contacts. She has been licensed for four years and doing what comes naturally to her, taking care of her customers and clients as though they were her family.
