He initiated his career in real estate as a luxury real estate advisor at Engel & Volkers/Snell Real Estate in Los Cabos, Mexico, one of the most sought-after vacation destinations globally, after moving there in 2021 with his family. During his tenure, Tad quickly rose to prominence, establishing himself as a leading figure in the international luxury real estate market.

In 2017, Tad relocated his family to Littleton, Colorado, where he obtained his Colorado Real Estate license and started working with Engel & Volker’s Realty in Denver.
