About Patty Gillean

Community has always been an important part of my life here in the Texas Hill Country. Over the years, I’ve volunteered with CASA, Safeplace, Meals on Wheels, Special Olympics, Seton Austin, and Seton Highland Lakes. When I find a spare minute, you’ll usually find me needlepointing, at the piano, or enjoying a game of mahjong with friends.

Before real estate, I spent years in the technology field and as a full-time mom, which shaped my approach to this business. Today, I combine those experiences to help clients solve problems, make confident decisions, and feel supported throughout every step of the buying or selling process.

As a longtime Lake LBJ real estate agent, I understand the nuances of waterfront properties, golf course communities, and the lifestyle that makes Horseshoe Bay such a special place to call home. Whether you’re buying a primary residence, second home, or investment property, I believe in helping you make the right decision, not just a fast one.

I’ve been honored to serve in leadership roles within the industry, including being named Highland Lakes Association of Realtors® REALTOR® of the Year and Director of the Year in 2012, and serving as Association President in 2014. I currently serve on committees for Texas Realtors®, including the Professional Standards Committee. I hold the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation along with CLHMS, GRI, TRLP, and RSPS designations.

In 2025, I was deeply honored to receive the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Highland Lakes Association of Realtors®, a recognition that reflects not just years in the business, but relationships built on trust, care, and consistency.
